Quantus builds residential development in Basel

According to Quantus, the project is being implemented as part of a club deal in which the Singe family office 47 Capital has a significant stake. The Parkview project in Basel's Gotthelf district will provide city apartments with a direct view of the adjacent five-hectare Schützenmattpark.

The surrounding area includes the Gotthelf Schoolhouse, from which the neighborhood takes its name, the private Merian Iselin Clinic, the Schützenmatte Sports Center and the Old Boys Tennis Club. Shopping, gastronomy and leisure facilities are in the immediate vicinity or easily accessible by public transport.

As Quantus informs, the construction start for the project is to take place still this year. A total of 1,325 sqm of living space and a good 360 sqm of outdoor space on balconies, terraces and in the garden will be marketed.
