Allreal plans a residential development in Zumikon
For an investment volume of CHF 40 million, Allreal is building 19 terraced single-family houses in Zumikon in the canton of Zurich.
On Strubenacher in Zumikon (ZH), a residential development with a total of 19 terraced single-family houses is to be built on a plot of land measuring around 4,500 sqm. These will be designed and sold as condominiums. For the development of the project, Allreal carried out a study commission with four architectural firms. The jury unanimously recommended the project of the consortium Mathis Kamplade Architekten and Theres Hollenstein Architektur from Zurich for further development.
Construction is scheduled to start in 2025, with completion in 2027. The houses will be built to the Minergie Eco standard. Allreal states the investment volume at CHF 40 million. Due to the design plan obligation for the site, Allreal has developed a private partial design plan, which is expected to be submitted before the end of November 2022. (aw)
