According to Implenia's own information, the existing syndicated loan agreement with a term until December 2023 and a volume of CHF 650 million, without collateral, has been extended and concluded until December 2027.

As before, the credit agreement comprises a tranche of CHF 100 million (Facility A) as a revolving money limit, a guarantee limit of CHF 450 million (Facility B) and a money and/or guarantee limit of CHF 100 million (Facility C), the company says.

The new terms and the increased flexibility of the agreement would underline "Implenia's strong operational performance and stable financial situation over the past two years, as well as the Group's consistent focus on disciplined use of cash," the construction services provider writes in the media release.

Stefan Baumgärtner, CFO of Implenia, says: "This success shows that the improvement in operating performance and the regained strength are recognized in the market and also lead to a continuous improvement in our credit rating." (ah)
