Akara Diversity PK raises 18 million from capital increase
According to the fund management, 15,316 units were subscribed at an issue price of CHF 1,177 in the tenth capital increase of Akara Diversity PK.
This results in issue proceeds of just over CHF 18 million. In October, Akara had announced a capital increase with maximum proceeds of CHF 62 million. This was a reduction from the original amount (CHF 100 million to CHF 150 million) due to the more difficult market environment.
Capital raised in 2022 totaled CHF 182 million. The investor base had increased by 37 pension funds over the year as a whole. "In a challenging market environment, we were able to achieve very good issue proceeds overall this year," said Patrick Mandlehr, CIO of Akara Diversity PK.
