Patrimonium Urban Opportunity buys in Reinach
The listed Patrimonium Urban Opportunity AG has acquired an office and logistics building in Reinach (BL), thereby increasing the value of its real estate portfolio by approximately CHF 15 million to CHF 245 million.
The property is located near the highway exit in the Kägen industrial area (BL). The rental space amounts to approximately 11,000 sqm. The building was used in the past as a production site for train components and is to be repositioned in commercial and industrial use in the coming months.
The purchase is the fund's first in the Basel region. So far, the portfolio consisted of nine properties in the agglomerations of Zurich, Lausanne and Geneva. (aw)
