Cronos Immo Fund plans capital increase in March
For the Cronos Immo Fund, a capital increase in the amount of approximately CHF 32 million was decided.
The proceeds from the issue are earmarked for financing the portfolio holdings, but also for the acquisition of new properties, insofar as negotiations are already underway or about to be concluded. In addition, the fresh funds are to be used to repay mortgage debt and thereby reduce the debt-equity ratio. The subscription period begins on March 8 and ends on March 22, 2023, with payment scheduled for March 29. The subscription rights will be traded on the SIX Swiss Exchange from March 8 to March 20.
Also new shares against contribution in kind
At the same time, the fund management decided to issue additional units worth almost CHF 7 million by way of contributions in kind.
