Implenia builds again on the Metro Campus Zurich
On the Metro Campus in Dielsdorf (ZH), Implenia has been awarded the follow-up contract for the construction of the South Office Building with 3,000 sqm.
The Metro Campus Zurich is a project of the data center provider Green. The project is being built in several stages on an area of 46,000 square meters and includes three modern and energy-efficient data centers as well as a business park. Civil engineering work on the Metro Campus began at the beginning of January 2023, and Implenia has already completed the first data center.
In the next stage, it will be the turn of the South Office Building and the underground parking garage. The new building is to be built to the Minergie standard with modern fittings and high-quality materials. It will be heated in a climate-neutral manner, using waste heat from the Datacenter M. (aw)
