Dominicé Swiss Property buys residential complex for 18.3 million francs

The Dominicé Swiss Property fund has sold a residential building La Chaux-de-Fonds (NE) and reinvested part of the funds in Vevey (VD).

The sale of the property Rue des Musées 58 and the adjacent parking lot in La Chaux-de-Fonds (NE) took place in August 2022. The sales price was CHF 25 million. The residential complex Avenue Nestlé 45, 47, 49 in Vevey (VD) has now been purchased for CHF 18.3 million. The residential building is fully rented, the average rent is 202 CHF/sqm/year. The five-story building consists of 37 residential units with two to four rooms and four retail spaces with a total area of 298 sqm on the first floor. In addition, 15 garages belong to the building.

Vevey is located on the north shore of Lake Geneva, and the building, built in 1933, is in the neighborhood of Nestlé's headquarters. A total of 80% of the Dominicé Swiss Property Fund portfolio is attributable to residential rental properties in the urban centers of the Lake Geneva region. (aw)
