Dübendorf: Topping-out ceremony for Cosmos development with 162 apartments
In Dübendorf (ZH), HRS is building an ensemble for a real estate fund that includes not only apartments but also commercial space and offices. The topping-out ceremony has now taken place.
By the end of the year, four buildings with six to seven upper floors and a total of 162 apartments, commercial space, office space and a shared underground parking garage are to be built. The developer is the CS Real Estate Fund Green Property of Credit Suisse Asset Management (Switzerland) Ltd. The Cosmos project was developed by Mobimo, which sold it to the fund in 2021
The complex's above-ground floor area covers 22,975 sqm, while the main usable area totals 17,943 sqm. According to earlier information, CHF 75 million will be invested. (aw)
