Bad Ragaz: "im giessenpark.ch" development completed

The development is embedded in a park-like setting on the shores of Lake Giessen and very close to the Rhine; shopping facilities, schools, sports grounds, leisure and wellness facilities and hiking areas are all within a few minutes' walk. Construction of the six apartment buildings, built to the Minergie-P standard, began in spring 2021; a total of 30 condominiums with sizes between 3½ and 5½ rooms were built. The move-in date was fall 2022/spring 2023 and, according to Fortimo, all apartments were sold months before the move-in date. (bw)
