Fischbach-Göslikon: Start of construction for "Widacher Quarter
Fortimo Invest has laid the foundation stone for the "Widacher Quartier" development. In Fischbach-Göslikon (AG), around 170 rental and owner-occupied apartments will be built in the next few years.
With the first stage, 16 condominiums, 16 condominium row single-family houses and 26 rental apartments are under construction. The units range from 2.5 to 5.5 rooms. The apartments are expected to be occupied in the summer/fall of 2024. According to Fortimo, around two-thirds of the units from the first stage have been sold, reserved or rented out at the present time.
The designs for the quarter came from Graf Biscioni Architekten AG. The project was developed by Steiner AG. It sold it to Fortimo at the end of 2021. (IB reported). (aw)
