Comunus SIVAC carries out capital increase
The Comunus SICAV - Swiss fund intends to raise fresh capital of around CHF 30 million.
The subscription period began on May 8 and ends on June 2, with the payment to take place on June 12. The fund intends to use the proceeds to finance two transactions that have already been initiated. These are two residential properties in Geneva and Renens (VD).
The fund invests primarily in residential real estate in western Switzerland. Total assets amounted to CHF 495 million at the end of the past financial year. (aw)
