Zurich: Swiss Central City has realized 20 small apartments
The Swiss Central City Real Estate Fund has rented out all the apartments at Luisenstrasse 40 in Zurich's Kreis 5 district before the renovation work is completed.
According to the fund, the refurbishment project was completed in April 2023. The property now consists of 20 small apartments with living spaces of between 26 and 36 sqm. The restaurant operator "Cucina" opened its restaurant at the end of January 2023. The conversion has increased the rental income potential of the property from CHF 0.3 million to CHF 0.7 million. The number of apartments has doubled. The fund is managed by Nova Property Fund Management AG. (aw)
