Villars-sur-Glâne: UBS fund buys apartments for 44 million
The UBS (CH) Property Fund - Léman Residential "Foncipars" has acquired 13 apartment buildings in Villars sur Glane (FR).
The properties, located on the outskirts of Villars-sur-Glâne in the canton of Fribourg, each comprise six to twelve apartments and are divided into two groups of houses. They both have a separate parking garage and outdoor parking spaces.
The total of 109 apartments, six storage spaces, 133 parking spaces and ten outdoor parking spaces are fully let. The acquisition, with an investment volume of around CHF 44 million, was completed at the beginning of May 2023. (aw)
