Qualicasa was founded in 2001. With 26 employees, the company primarily offers services in the areas of construction quality management and asset controlling. This is based on data, statistical models and expertise in real estate lifecycle management. With its services, it aims to provide a decision-making basis for sustainable portfolio management.
Brand remains intact
Qualicasa will continue to operate as a subsidiary of Wüest Partner under its own name. Rolf Truninger will remain active as CEO and oversee the integration. Wüest Partner had already cooperated with Qualicasa and developed the "Visits" application together with the company.
