Planungsbüro Landis AG takes over SWR Plus and has new owners

Landis AG from Geroldswil is taking over SWR Plus AG from Dietikon. The new planning and engineering office employs 50 people and will operate under the name Landis AG from July. At the same time, the company has new owners: as part of a management buyout, Thomas Brocker, Serge Bütler, Roger Hersche, Samuel Lienhart and André Wenzinger have acquired the shares of sole owner Peter Rauch.

The main clientele of both companies is the public sector. The range of services includes infrastructure construction, spatial development, construction law, real estate development and the water and environment division. (aw)
