Epalinges: HRS hands over keys to new laboratory and office building
A new building with 10,000 square meters of space has been handed over to the client in the Vaud Science Park. HRS realized the project.
HRS Real Estate has handed over the keys to the 10,000 square meter Leucine building, known as Biopôle SB-B, to the client, the Pension Fund of the Canton of Vaud (CPEV). The building is located on the Vaud Science Park and offers offices, laboratories and services as well as an underground parking garage with 278 parking spaces.
HRS Real Estate realized the project as total contractor; the construction work took three years. (ah)
