Start of construction for health centre in Adligenswil
The ground-breaking ceremony for the new retirement and health center in the Lucerne municipality of Adligenswil took place on November 17. A development with 100 apartments and care places is being built.
By 2019, two apartment buildings with 46 wheelchair-accessible apartments (1.5 to 3.5 rooms) will be built on the Riedbach site, as well as a care center with 56 inpatient places. The investment volume amounts to CHF 52.66 million.
The developer of the center is the "Wohnen und Leben am Riedbach" cooperative, which was founded in March of this year. It is realizing the construction project and will subsequently be responsible for renting out the retirement apartments. The general contractor is Anliker AG. (ah)
