Basel: Artisa plans serviced apartments in the "Clarahuus"
Artisa wants to create managed apartments on the upper floors of the "Clarahuus" retail property in Basel. According to a media report, this involves 80 apartments.
The Artisa Group is planning serviced apartments in the "Clarahuus" in Basel. According to a construction publication, it has submitted plans for the 3rd and 4th floors of the property at Teichgässlein 7/9 and Webergasse 34. The client is Artisa Developer AG from Zug, while the plans were drawn up by Artisa Architektur AG from Manno (TI). As reported by the "Basler Zeitung", 40 apartments are to be built on each floor. The two floors were last vacant.
The "Clarahuus" houses a shopping center on several floors. It is located on the centrally located Claraplatz in Kleinbasel. (aw)
