Weinfelden: Residential project on the Sangenfeld site nears completion
The first apartments in a development on the Sangenfeld site in Weinfelden, Thurgau, will be ready for occupation from September. HRS and the PKG pension fund are realizing the project.
At the end of June, the topping-out ceremony was held for five apartment buildings that HRS is building as project developer and total contractor on Johanna-Meyerhans-Strasse in Weinfelden (TG). Three of the new six-storey buildings comprise 51 rental apartments, which are expected to be ready for occupancy between September and November 2023. Two further apartment buildings will contain 33 condominiums, which will be ready for occupancy from March 2024.
The owner of the rental apartments is the PKG pension fund from Lucerne, while HRS is the investor in the two buildings with the condominiums. According to earlier information, the costs for the entire development amount to CHF 60 million. HRS is building further apartments for CHF 130 million on another construction site in the Sangenfeld area. (ah)
