Implenia: Norbert Ketterer sells shares

German real estate investor Norbert Ketterer has sold 7% of his shares in the construction group to institutional investors, according to a statement from Implenia.

Implenia announces that UBS has sold shares on behalf of Norbert Ketterer as part of an accelerated bookbuilding process. The major shareholder sold around 1.3 million shares after the close of trading on August 29, which corresponds to approximately 7% of the share capital. The buyers were institutional investors. The construction group's share price fell by 7% in the morning following the announcement of the transaction. Ketterer currently still holds a good 3% of Implenia shares.

Ketterer is a German real estate investor based in Switzerland. By contributing his mezzanine financing platform HFS to Corestate, he became a major shareholder. In the meantime, however, he has withdrawn from the investment. In Germany, he is regarded as one of the most active players in the opportunistic sector and moves large volumes with project developments. (aw)
