WSG appoints Rüttimann, Giera and Imhof to the Board of Directors

With the election of three new members, the construction project development company WSG is reorganizing its Board of Directors.

In September, real estate entrepreneurs Raymond Rüttimann, Markus Giera and Mark Imhof will take up their seats on the WSG Board of Directors.

  • Raymond Rüttimann has held various positions at Credit Suisse since 2000, most recently as Head of Global Real Estate and Head of Real Estate Switzerland at Credit Suisse Real Estate Asset Management AG. He has been a partner and co-owner of R2 Partners AG since the beginning of 2023.
  • Markus Giera is dipl. Arch. ETH and has more than 25 years of experience in digitalization in the real estate and construction industry. He is part of the founding team of Kaulquappe AG with offices in Switzerland, Germany and South Africa. Kaulquappe works with more than 350 companies in the construction industry in Switzerland and abroad and offers technology and strategy relating to the "digital twin" and BIM, among other things.
  • Mark Imhof holds a degree in architecture from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts - Engineering & Architecture. He was a partner at the architecture firm GKS in Lucerne until 2016 and has founded several companies, including IVO Innenentwicklung AG. From 2019, he and his team also developed the Luucy real estate platform for space and real estate development. Today, in addition to various project development mandates, he manages the urban development of Burgdorf.

WSG develops and implements real estate projects of all kinds. The company operates in German-speaking Switzerland with two offices in Basel and Zurich and employs around 70 people. (aw)
