Halter AG and its sister companies want to position themselves more strongly as the Halter Group from January 2024. This will also result in personnel changes from January 1, 2024, as the construction and real estate company announces.

Maik Neuhaus takes over from Markus Mettler as CEO of Halter AG. Mettler is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Halter AG and Delegate of the Board of Directors of the Halter Group. The company announces that the Group has so far not appeared to the public as a "silent" Halter Holding, but will position itself more strongly in the market in future.

Balz Halter remains Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Halter Group. Alexandra Stamou joins the Board of Directors of Halter AG and will take over the position of Head of Innovation and Products of the Halter Group.

Halter AG's Total Services business unit, of which Neuhaus is Managing Director, will be split into a unit for German-speaking Switzerland and a unit for French-speaking Switzerland. Diego Frey for German-speaking Switzerland and Fréderic Boy for French-speaking Switzerland will join the Executive Board of Halter AG as the new Managing Directors of these business units from January 2024.

Halter states that the reason for the reorganization is to further advance the net-zero target in the construction and real estate industry. Halter AG and its sister companies, which provide services and products throughout the real estate life cycle, will continue to operate independently of each other. Halter AG's strategy and positioning as a developer and full-service provider will also remain unchanged. (ah)
