Rothenburg: Start of construction for Halter residential project
In the center of the municipality of Rothenburg, 30 apartments are being built, including apartments for the elderly.
The ground-breaking ceremony for the Fläckehof development has taken place in Rothenburg (LU). The developers Caranto AG, consisting of the Schwöbel family and Toni Bucher from Lucerne, are building two apartment buildings with a project team led by Halter AG.
The new construction project will involve the construction of two identical buildings with a total of 16 three-and-a-half-room and eight four-and-a-half-room condominiums. A further six two-and-a-half-room apartments will be rented out as retirement apartments. The buildings contain various ancillary rooms and cellars on the first floors and in the basement, as well as a parking garage with 31 parking spaces.
According to Halter, the construction project should be completed by the end of 2024, meaning that the building can be occupied from the beginning of 2025. (ah)
