Basel: 3,000 sqm let in the "Clime" office building
JLL has advised Migros Club School on a major lease in Basel.
The Migros Club School has rented around 3,000 square meters of office space in the new Clime building at Grosspeterstrasse 18 in Basel. This was reported by real estate consultant JLL, which, according to its own information, acted as the exclusive representative of the tenant in the search for a location and the lease negotiations. The new building, which was designed by Basel architects Diener + Diener, is owned by PSP Swiss Property.
