Losinger Marazzi realizes four major projects

According to the company, the projects in Lucerne, Vernier, Worblaufen and Geneva have a total volume of more than CHF 400 million.

Losinger Marazzi has been awarded the contract for four major projects in Switzerland. According to the French parent company Bouygues Construction, the volume of the orders amounts to CHF 401 million.

Losinger Marazzi is building the Aux Acacias complex in the center of Geneva for the company Acacias-Lièvre B SA, which is part of the UBS Sima real estate fund. Dhe project comprises 350 apartments and 4,000 square meters of retail space, with a total area of 36,000 square meters.

Losinger Marazzi is building the Seetalplatz in Emmen for the canton of Lucerne. an administration building for 1,450 employees. In addition to the office space, the building will also house a police station, restaurants and stores, as well as apartments and a daycare center.

In Ittigen-Worblaufen, north of Bern, Losinger Marazzi is building the Aarerain project for the Coop pension fund (CPV/CAP). According to Bouygues, the new residential quarter will be the first positive-energy quarter in Switzerland, producing more energy than it consumes. In addition to the apartments, a daycare center and workshops are planned for the first floor of the development.

Losinger Marazzi is realizing the Quarz'Up project in Vernier. It consists of four buildings that will house different types of companies, including start-ups, local craft businesses and international high-tech companies. The project, which is being built for Arab Bank Switzerland, also includes a farm and urban greenhouses. (ah)
