Pom+ expands management team
Tanja Pohle joins the management team and the circle of partners at the consultancy firm.

According to a press release, Tanja Pohle has joined Pom+ Consulting AG as a new partner and member of the management board as of January 1. In her previous role as Head of Service Unit Organization & Processes, she established a new consulting offering in the area of workplace solutions at Pom+. "The coronavirus pandemic has further increased and permanently changed the demand for smart offices and new work concepts," says Managing Partner Giuseppe Bilotta. With her appointment as Partner and as a new member of the Executive Board, her knowledge and experience will now be incorporated into the strategic management of the company.
Pohle has been with Pom+ since 2013, initially as a senior consultant in the area of client consulting and later as a division manager, where she was responsible for quality management for the Mall of Switzerland, among other things. In 2019, she took over the management of the organizational and process development team.
After graduating in civil engineering from the Technical University of Berlin, she completed a doctorate in construction management science at ETH Zurich on the subject of risk management and later completed an MBA in business engineering at the University of St. Gallen. (aw)
