Immo24 real estate fair reaches record number of participants
Both the number of exhibitors and the number of visitors reached new highs, according to the trade fair organizers.
MV Invest and Swiss Circle, the organizers of Immo24, have drawn a positive conclusion: the 12th edition of the real estate fair for investors - which took place on 17 and 18 January - attracted 4,304 visitors to Hall 622 in Zurich Oerlikon. This confirms the trade fair's established position as a leading platform for institutional investors and professionals from the real estate and financial sector, according to the organizers. Last year, just under 4,000 people took part.
At the accompanying Immo Forum congress, 128 speakers spoke at 31 panel discussions on topics such as sustainability and interest rate and market developments. According to the organizers, there were over 2,300 online registrations.
Immo25 will take place on January 15 and 16, 2025 in Hall 622 in Zurich Oerlikon. (ah)
