Plazza wants to increase the dividend
The portfolio has reached the billion threshold for the first time in 2023, and the company speaks of a "sustainably positive outlook".

Plazza AG slightly increased its property income from CHF 26.3 million to CHF 26.9 million in the 2023 financial year. Operating income before depreciation and revaluation improved from CHF 20.4 million to CHF 21.2 million. However, profit before revaluation fell slightly from CHF 17.6 million to CHF 17.3 million. Revaluation again made a contribution to earnings this year, amounting to CHF 1.0 million. As this was significantly higher in the previous year at CHF 9.0 million, profit fell from CHF 23.6 million to CHF 18.3 million. The vacancy rate for existing properties fell even lower, from 3.5 % to 2.7%.
Plazza also announced that the development projects in Crissier and Regensdorf are "on track". The first stage in Crissier will be completed in 2024.
The value of the real estate portfolio exceeds the CHF 1 billion mark for the first time. "In view of the stable operating results in the reporting year and the sustained positive outlook, the Board of Directors will propose to the 2024 Annual General Meeting that the dividend be increased by CHF 1.00 to CHF 8.00 per class A registered share and by CHF 0.20 to CHF 1.60 per class B registered share." Growth opportunities through opportunistic additions to the existing portfolio will be examined in the current year. (aw)
