SPGI Zurich has found a tenant for the retail space at the Bahnhofstrasse 65 property on behalf of the owner. According to the real estate agency, a watch brand is renting the 378 square meter retail space, which extends over two floors with a gallery and newly glazed orangery. TAG Heuer and Les Ambassadeurs are located in the immediate vicinity.
The historic property is currently being completely renovated; the client is Credit Suisse Investment Foundation. In addition to the retail space, 438 square meters of office space on three floors and two maisonette apartments with 140 square meters of living space and 25 square meter roof terraces are being built.
