Vechigen: 53 apartments handed over to insurance company
Losinger Marazzi has completed the first stage of the "Bollpark Süd" project in the municipality in the canton of Bern.
Just under a year after completion of the shell of the Bollpark Süd project in Vechigen (BE), the three buildings in the first phase were handed over to Gebäudeversicherung Bern (GVB). The project in the center of Boll was developed and realized by Losinger Marazzi. Stage 1 comprises 42 rental apartments and 11 condominiums. The first residents moved in in May. The handover of the 2nd stage is scheduled for the end of July.
In order to integrate the buildings into the old townscape of Vechigen, each of the houses will have a different façade. The three buildings that have now been handed over each have metal, compact and Eternit façades. The energy concept includes a connection to the local district heating network, photovoltaic systems and the installation of charging stations for e-cars and e-bikes. The project is being realized to the Minergie-ECO standard.
A total of 61 apartments with 1.5 to 5.5 rooms, 29 condominiums and around 500 square meters for small businesses on the first floor are being built in Bollpark Süd. (aw)
