Schroder Immoplus: Fund increases rental income in H1
Net income also improved slightly in the first half of the 2023/24 financial year.
The Schroder Immoplus real estate fund increased its rental income by 3.7% year-on-year to CHF 50.0 million in the first half of the year. The rental loss rate fell from 1.6 to 1.1%. Expenses increased only slightly in the quarter from CHF 18.2 million to CHF 18.5 million and net income improved from CHF 30.4 million to CHF 31.8 million. Total income also increased, from CHF 30.4 million to CHF 32.3 million. No capital gains or losses were included in the half-year results. Total fund assets remained unchanged at CHF 2.1 billion as at March 31. Schroders reported the leverage ratio at 21.6% (previous year: 20.3%). (aw)
