Mobimo places another green bond
At CHF 150 million, the second bond for sustainable investments is larger than the first, which was placed last year.
Mobimo Holding AG yesterday placed another green bond with a volume of CHF 150 million on the Swiss capital market. The fixed-interest bond has a coupon of 2.05% and a term of six years. Payment will be made on July 1.
The issue proceeds will be used to finance projects that comply with Mobimo's Green Bond Framework. The first green bond was placed last year and had a volume of CHF 100 million (IB reported). At that time, the coupon was higher at 2.625%.
Zürcher Kantonalbank and UBS Investment Bank acted as Joint Lead Managers of the transaction, Luzerner Kantonalbank AG as Co-Manager. Trading of the bond on the SIX Swiss
Exchange has been applied for.
