Zurich: 1,700 sqm of office space let
CBRE has brokered the lease for a recruiting specialist in a landmark property in Zurich.
The Swiss personnel service provider Rocken AG has rented 1,700 sqm in the office property at Werdstrasse 21. The owner of the property, which was built in 2013, is Tamedia's parent company TX Group. According to the company, real estate consultant CBRE Switzerland brokered the lease.
The 10,200 sqm Tamedia complex on Werdstrasse was realized by HRS, according to earlier information for an investment sum of around CHF 62 million. The designs came from the Japanese architect Shigeru Ban. (aw)
