Solvalor 61 raises 170 million with capital increase

All shares offered were subscribed. The issue will finance purchases totaling 180 million.

"The capital increase of the Solvalor 61 fund was a complete success with investors," summarizes the fund management. All 723,473 units were subscribed. The fund thus received CHF 170 million. The issue will be used to finance a number of transactions in western Switzerland in recent months. The outstanding mortgage debt is also to be amortized. The transaction was carried out from May 17 to 31 as a "best effort" issue. The payment of the new shares and their listing on the SIX Swiss Exchange will take place on June 7.

Since the beginning of 2023, the fund has completed four purchases of residential properties in Nyon (VD) for CHF 140.0 million, in Yverdon-les-Bains (VD) for CHF 20.1 million, in Geneva for CHF 14.4 million and in Carouge (GE) for CHF 9.1 million. Part of the issue proceeds will also be used to finance a renovation and densification project in Ecublens (VD) with an estimated investment volume of CHF 14.4 million.
