Dominicé: Capital increase fully subscribed
The fund received almost CHF 38 million in the third issue this year.
Solutions & Funds SA, the fund management company of the Dominicé Swiss Property Fund (DSPF), has announced the results of the latest capital increase. All 300,000 units issued in the course of the issue, which ended on June 14, were subscribed. This corresponds to a total contribution of CHF 37.8 million. The new shares will be paid up and listed on the Six Swiss Exchange on June 21.
Dominicé is using the fresh capital to acquire a residential portfolio in Geneva. Part of this acquisition will be realized via a swap in which the owners receive shares in the fund in exchange for part of their real estate portfolio.
This is already the third issue this year. This spring, the fund carried out two capital increases totaling CHF 75 million. (aw)
