Zurich: Longines moves to Bahnhofstrasse 65
A traditional watch brand will open its first Zurich store on two floors next year. SPGI Zurich was commissioned to find the tenant.

SPGI Zurich has secured the watch brand Longines as a new tenant for the retail space at Bahnhofstrasse 65. The 378 square meter retail space extends over two floors with a gallery and newly glazed orangery. SPGI Zurich was commissioned by the owner to find a tenant. This is the first Zurich store of its own for the world's oldest registered watch brand. The move is scheduled for spring 2025.
The Bahnhofstrasse property is currently being modernized by the client Credit Suisse Investment Foundation. In addition to retail space, the building will also include offices and apartments. (aw)
