Procimmo: Residential Lemanic Fund plans capital increase
Following the fund's recent disposal of several properties, acquisitions are now back on the agenda.

The Procimmo Residential Lemanic fund announces a capital increase for the end of September. In a press release, the fund management company refers to several properties that have been identified for acquisition. The acquisitions are intended to build on the portfolio rotation of non-strategic properties and continue to grow. Investments will also continue to be made in development projects. To this end, the fund now intends to raise between CHF 30 and 40 million on the capital market. The exact amount and the subscription period will be announced at a later date.
The fund's gross assets amount to around CHF 510 million, of which CHF 75% is invested in Lausanne and Geneva.
