Merlischachen: Complaint against housing project rejected
Mobimo can build a development with 79 units in the canton of Schwyz as planned. An appeal against the project failed before the Federal Supreme Court.
Mobimo announces that the Federal Supreme Court has dismissed the appeal against the building permit for the "Burgmatt" project in Merlischachen (SZ). The real estate company has announced that construction has started immediately. A total of 79 apartments are being built, spread across 14 buildings. Completion could take place at the end of 2026. Lucerne-based Schärli & Partner-Immobilien-Treuhand AG is responsible for marketing the condominiums with 1.5 to 5.5 rooms. Marketing is set to begin this year. (aw)
