The CS investment group has acquired the fully leased office building "Posthof" in the city center of Regensburg with effect from January 1. The property consists of a partially listed old building and a solitary new building located in the inner courtyard. The old building, which was renovated in 2001, in turn consists of three interconnected wings grouped in a horseshoe shape around the new building.

The purchase was made in sole ownership as part of an asset deal. The seller of the property is JP Commercial XIV S.à r.l. based in Luxembourg, a company of Jargonnant Partners. After completion of the transaction, the investment group's portfolio now comprises 13 properties.

Central location, good public transport connection

The property is centrally located near the main train station and is therefore well connected to public transport. The tenants are from the education, medical technology, IT and consulting sectors, among others.

Regensburg is a university city with a population of around 145,000 and forms the economic and cultural center of eastern Bavaria. The city's office market is characterized by stable positive demand and low construction activity, so that the vacancy rate is at a consistently low level.
