Investis places bond issue

Investis Holding SA has placed a fixed-rate bond with a volume of CHF 140 million.

The bond has a coupon of 0.25 percent and a maturity of two years, Investis announces. The proceeds of CHF 140 million will be used to redeem mortgages.

The bond makes it possible to optimize the financing structure and to benefit from the currently attractive conditions on the capital market, the company writes in a statement.

Zürcher Kantonalbank, Bank Vontobel and Credit Suisse acted as joint lead managers/joint bookrunners for the transaction.

The admission to trading on the SIX Swiss Exchange will be applied for and the bond is scheduled to be paid on February 14, 2017.

Founded in 1994, the Investis Group invests in residential properties in the Lake Geneva region and is a provider of real estate services operating throughout Switzerland. Investis' portfolio was valued at CHF 875 million as of June 30, 2016.
