Vechigen: "Bollpark Süd" completed
Losinger Marazzi has handed over the second and final stage of the project to the new owners. A total of 90 apartments have been created.
Losinger Marazzi has now also completed the second stage of the Bollpark Süd project in Vechigen (BE). The project in the center of Boll has been handed over to Gebäudeversicherung Bern (GVB), according to the developer. The quarter was designed by Matti Ragaz Hitz Architekten. The first tenants of the first stage moved in in May (IB reported). A total of 61 rental apartments and 29 condominium apartments as well as around 500 sqm of commercial space have been realized. The total floor area is 11,500 square meters.
The six buildings were constructed to Minergie-ECO standards and include apartments ranging in size from 1.5 to 5.5 rooms. The energy concept includes a connection to the local district heating network, photovoltaic systems and the installation of charging stations for e-cars and e-bikes. (aw)
