Von Graffenried SICAV: Issue raises 32.5 million
The maximum volume was not fully utilized in the fund's fourth capital increase.
Von Graffenried Immobilien SICAV carried out a capital increase in September. In the process, 295,492 new shares were subscribed and CHF 32.5 million was raised. The fresh funds are to be used for a reduction in the debt ratio, ongoing projects and acquisitions. When the plans for the fourth capital increase were announced, an issue target of up to CHF 55 million was stated.
Private Bank Von Graffenried's first real estate fund was launched in March 2020. The market value of the properties with 704 apartments currently stands at CHF 285 million. (aw)
