Lausen: shell of residential center completed
In Lausen (BL), HRS is acting as total contractor for the UBS fund Anfos, Mobimo AG and a community of heirs to construct a total of eight buildings, including a retirement home.
The topping-out ceremony for the Scholer-Areal housing estate has taken place in Lausen (BL). A new replacement building and eight new buildings with rental apartments and a retirement home are being built on Hauptstrasse. The planned 72 rental apartments are spread across five buildings. The retirement home is managed by Senevita and comprises 33 apartments with 2.5 rooms and one with 1.5 rooms as well as 35 single care rooms and five "premium single care rooms". A public restaurant with a terrace is also part of the complex. The opening is planned for the end of 2025.
The developers of the residential development are the UBS real estate fund Anfos, Mobimo AG and the Scholer community of heirs, represented by Turi Bautreuhand GmbH. HRS Real Estate AG is the total contractor for the project. (aw)
