Plazza places bond
The company is refinancing itself with CHF 100 million via a bond issue.
Plazza AG has placed a fixed-interest bond with a volume of CHF 100 million. The coupon is 1.775 % and the term is five years. The capital will be used to refinance bank loans and to finance development and renovation projects, according to the real estate company.
UBS and Zürcher Kantonalbank have coordinated the placement. The bond issue is scheduled for November 27, 2024. (aw)
