Oensingen: Blumenhof" development completed
Sustainable Real Estate has realized and fully let 34 apartments in the canton of Solothurn ahead of schedule.
The Sustainable Real Estate Switzerland real estate fund completed a project in Oensingen (SO) at the beginning of November. The schedule was exceeded by four months and the 34 apartments have all been let. The "Blumenhof" development is located around 500 meters from the town center and consists of five buildings.
Most of the apartments have two balconies and individually adjustable controlled ventilation. Heating and cooling is provided by heat pumps with geothermal probes. There is a photovoltaic system with a capacity of 174 kW. Regional wood and recycled concrete were also used in the construction of the property. (aw)
