Mobimo has sold the Ziil-Center in Kreuzlingen. Due to its peripheral location, it no longer fits perfectly into the company's own portfolio, the company writes in a business development update. "Other owners are better positioned to carry out the necessary repositioning of this property," it says. The new owner is a private investor from the region. The property was reportedly sold at book value (before selling costs). According to the half-year annual report, this amounted to CHF 25.34 million. CBRE Switzerland said it advised the buyer and brokered the deal for him.

Mobimo has also announced that it has let the Hardturmstrasse project in Zurich. An initial rental agreement for one floor of the Office Tower was signed at the end of October. However, due to slight construction delays, completion of the project will be postponed until the first half of 2025. And for the Edenblick condominium project in Oberägeri, Mobimo reports that 82 apartments had already been transferred for ownership or reserved as at the beginning of November. The project is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2026.

Nadia Mastacchi comes from BVK

Mobimo also has a personnel change to announce: Nadia Mastacchi will join the company as Head of Portfolio and Transactions on March 1, completing the Executive Board in this position. Mastacchi holds a master's degree in architecture from the Politecnico di Milano and has completed various academic training courses in the areas of real estate, sustainability and management & leadership. She currently works as a Portfolio Management Manager for BVK in Zurich. Previous positions include Redevco Switzerland, SBB and Credit Suisse. Until Mastacchi joins, the division will continue to be managed ad interim by Daniel Ducrey. (aw)
