A CHF 23 million project by Patrimonium in Malley was completed in September and is now fully let. The 76 new apartments are located a five-minute walk from the SBB train station. There are 24 studios, 21 apartments with 2.5 rooms, 22 units with 3.5 rooms and 9 with 4.5 rooms. The project began in 2016 with the acquisition of two industrial buildings at 8 and 10 Rue du Grand-Pré. The client for a total of two residential buildings was the "Wohnimmobilien Schweiz" investment group of the Patrimonium Investment Foundation.

The proximity to the SBB tracks reportedly required special technologies and the construction of special facades to decouple the building from the ground and prevent vibrations and structure-borne noise. The site also had to be decontaminated beforehand. (aw)
