Procimmo Real Estate SICAV closes issue
According to Procimmo, the capital increase has reached its target volume with proceeds of just under CHF 100 million.
The asset manager Procimmo SA has raised CHF 99.1 million for the Procimmo Real Estate SICAV - Swiss Commercial Fund. According to Procimmo, the fund's second capital increase this year has been fully subscribed. The total volume of funds raised in 2024 now amounts to CHF 173.6 million.
The subscription period lasted from November 11 to 22 and the shares will be paid out on November 29. The funds raised will be used to acquire properties, drive forward development projects and keep the fund's debt ratio stable.
The gross assets amount to over CHF 2 billion. The fund specializes in industry, commerce and logistics. (aw)
