Pure Swiss Opportunity raises 12 million in issue
The fund is also able to attract new investors, but falls well short of the announced target volume.
The fund management company Pure Funds AG carried out a capital increase for the Pure Swiss Opportunity REF from November 11 to 22 while preserving subscription rights. According to the information provided, in addition to existing investors who exercised their subscription rights, new qualified and institutional investors also subscribed for shares.
Based on the 94,652 newly issued shares, the issue proceeds amount to CHF 12.0 million. The fresh funds will be used "for the further expansion of the portfolio in line with the strategy", writes Pure Funds.
